Claim Status Check

To check on the status of the claim you must know the claim number. You must include the dash as shown in the example below.

Information is updated on the first day of business each week between 7 and 10 am Central Time.

Decisions are usually rendered on a weekly basis.

Claims remain in a "Pending" status until a decision is rendered.

For claims prior to 2012, please call the office.
